Mendota, Illinois- Triple Service Inc. is excited to share the winner of a $250 Teacher Giveaway. From August 1st through the 15th, the public could nominate a teacher or school administrator to win $250 towards anything they need for their classrooms. Once all of the nominees were gathered, they were entered into an online name picker and on August 18, 2023.
Our lucky winner was Kristal LeRette, a special education teacher at Bureau County Schools. Kristal was nominated for going up and above for her students. Her students come from all different backgrounds but they are all treated with love and respect in her classroom. Kristal also has a special dog, Elsa, in her classroom. Elsa is a part of the Bureau County Special Schools Staff and provides extra support for students.
Congratulations Kristal and all our other teacher nominees. Thank you for going above and beyond in our small communities.
