As a result of our strong core values, we make several guarantees to our customers:

• 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If you’re within one year of service and something isn’t working, we’ll do what needs to be done to fix it and keep your family comfortable.
• No Lemon Guarantee: If the compressor in your new outdoor air conditioner or the heat exchanger in your new furnace fails within five years of installation, we’ll replace the component free of charge. We’ll also issue a brand-new warranty on the defective unit with five more years of No Lemon protection.
• Total Comfort Guarantee: We promise to install equipment that heats and cools your home to reasonable temperatures. If your unit can’t do this, we’ll work on it until it does.
• Property Protection Guarantee: Our technicians have passed criminal background checks and are drug-free. While they’re in your home, they will wear shoe coverings, cover the floors, and clean up after themselves. If any damage occurs, we’ll pay to have a professional contractor set things straight.
• No Frustration Guarantee: If we install your comfort system and it fails within two years, give us a call! We’ll come out, take a look, and figure out how to get it working again. If we can’t get it running effectively within 24 hours of your call, we’ll give you $500 for the inconvenience.
