This promotional offer gives qualifying customers the opportunity to receive a refund on their new HVAC system if the Chicago Cubs win the World Series during the same MLB season as the purchase year.

Customers who purchase a qualifying complete RHEEM furnace and air conditioning system during the promotional period may receive a refund if the Cubs win the World Series that season.

This promotion is limited in availability and applies only to approved installations meeting all listed requirements.

Promotional Period

Purchases must be made March 1 – April 30.

Equipment must be:

• Installed
• Invoiced
• Paid in full

No later than May 1st.

*Incomplete projects, pending balances, or delayed installations will not qualify.

Eligible Products

The promotion applies only to:

• Complete RHEEM furnace + air conditioner system replacement

Not eligible:

• Partial replacements
• Equipment-only sales
• Repairs or service work
• Mini-splits or add-on units
• Boiler Systems
• Commercial systems

Limited number of qualifying systems available. Once allocation is reached, promotion ends.

How the Promotion Works

• Customer purchases a qualifying system during the promotional window
• System is fully installed and paid by May 1st

If the Cubs win the World Series that season:

• Customer becomes eligible for a refund
• Refund issued within 30 days of official MLB championship confirmation

What the Refund Includes

Refund covers only:

• HVAC equipment cost
• Standard installation labor

Refund issued to original purchaser via original payment method (or company check if required).

What the Refund Does NOT Include

The following items are not refundable:

• Permits
• Accessories & indoor air quality products
• Electrical upgrades
• Ductwork modifications
• Maintenance plans or memberships
• Financing interest or financing charges
• Extended warranties
• Service agreements
• Additional labor beyond standard installation

Additional Terms & Conditions

• Promotion valid for residential homeowners only
• Not valid with other major replacement promotions unless approved
• Financing contracts remain valid; only qualifying refundable portion credited
• Non-transferable
• No cash alternative or substitution
• Company reserves the right to verify eligibility and deny fraudulent claims
