The primary functions of the Outbound Customer Service Representative are to convert outbound calls into booked service/maintenance calls while mentioning and potentially booking additional sales and services. Additionally, the Outbound CSR will focus on renewing membership programs to current members and selling the membership program to previous customers. The sale of memberships includes bonuses for the Outbound CSR per sale. This position handles service calls from customers projecting a professional image and using the company prepared script. He or she will also utilize his or her customer service training to educate and establish rapport and assist customers in choosing service and products.
